For healthy bodies and brains, Mrs. Neal and Mrs. Nichols recommend you read 20 minutes every day and exercise 60 minutes every day. Links to our summer reading and activity logs are below. You can keep print a log to write down your progress, or you can log your reading and exercise using our new online form.

You should NOT need to log-in or create an account with google in order to print the page.  Look for the print icon in the upper left corner to print or save the file to your desktop. Every day you read or exercise, you can log that using our online form.


At the beginning of the school year, Mrs. Neal and Mrs. Nichols can pull a report to show you your progress. Unfortunately, the online form does NOT let you see your progress. It just collects your data each time you log in.
